1.1 我们的机械臂、机器人整机及配套产品系面向工业、商业、科研及教育等专业场景设计，主要供具备相应专业知识与操作技能的企业、机构及专业人员使用。产品并非面向普通消费者设计，亦不得作为家用电器、儿童玩具或医疗、生命支持、核设施、航空、军事等对安全性有极端要求的场景下的设备使用。

1.1 Our robotic arms, complete robots and related products are designed for professional scenarios such as industrial, commercial, research and educational applications, and are intended primarily for use by enterprises, institutions and professionals with the appropriate expertise and operating skills. The products are not designed for ordinary consumers and shall not be used as household appliances, children's toys, or equipment in scenarios with extreme safety requirements such as medical, life-support, nuclear, aviation or military applications.

1.2 您应严格按照我们提供的产品说明书、用户手册、安全操作规程及适用法律法规使用产品，并自行配备必要的安全防护装置、进行充分的风险评估与人员培训。因未按说明使用、超范围使用、擅自改装、非授权维修或违反安全规程所导致的任何人身伤害、财产损失或第三方索赔，由您自行承担全部责任。

1.2 You shall use the products strictly in accordance with the product descriptions, user manuals, safety operating procedures and applicable laws and regulations we provide, and shall independently equip the necessary safety devices and conduct adequate risk assessments and personnel training. You shall bear full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or third-party claim arising from use not in accordance with instructions, out-of-scope use, unauthorized modification, non-authorized repair or violation of safety procedures.

1.3 In work scenarios involving human-robot collaboration or where personnel coexist with robots, you shall ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety, health and machinery safety standards and, where necessary, install safety fencing, light curtains, emergency-stop devices and other protective equipment.

2. Device Connectivity and Audio/Video Data Risks

[SPECIAL NOTICE] You must read and understand this Section before using remote control, video streaming, cloud recording/storage, remote diagnostics, AI vision, voice interaction or similar functions.

2.1 我们的部分产品具备联网与远程通信能力，可支持远程操控、视频与音频回传、云端存储、远程诊断与固件升级、AI 视觉识别、语音交互等功能。当您启用上述功能时，设备采集的音频、视频、图像、点云、传感器读数及运行状态等数据，将通过互联网在您的设备与我们的服务器，或由您选择、配置的第三方服务器与云平台之间进行传输、存储与处理。

2.1 Some of our products are capable of network connectivity and remote communication, supporting remote control, video and audio streaming, cloud storage, remote diagnostics and firmware updates, AI vision and voice interaction. When you enable these functions, the audio, video, image, point-cloud, sensor reading and operating-status data collected by the device will be transmitted, stored and processed over the Internet between your device and our servers, or the third-party servers and cloud platforms you select and configure.

2.2 【互联网泄露风险告知】您明确知悉并同意：互联网传输环境本身存在固有且无法完全消除的安全风险。音视频数据在采集、编码、上传、传输、转码、存储、分发、播放及删除等任一环节，均可能因下列原因被截获、窃取、篡改、删除、丢失、延迟、中断或向不特定第三方泄露：（a）黑客攻击、病毒、木马、勒索软件、网络钓鱼等恶意行为；（b）网络链路劫持、DNS 污染、中间人攻击或运营商网络故障；（c）云服务商、CDN、第三方 API 或插件服务的漏洞、中断、配置错误或数据泄露；（d）设备被未授权访问、弱口令、默认密码未修改、开放端口或未加密通信协议；（e）您或您的员工、承包商、客户的误操作、越权操作或内控缺失；（f）地震、洪水、火灾、疫情、战争、政府行为等不可抗力。

2.2 [Notice of Internet Disclosure Risk] You expressly acknowledge and agree that the Internet transmission environment carries inherent security risks that cannot be completely eliminated. Audio/video data may — at any stage of collection, encoding, uploading, transmission, transcoding, storage, distribution, playback and deletion — be intercepted, stolen, tampered with, deleted, lost, delayed, interrupted or disclosed to unspecified third parties for the following reasons: (a) malicious acts such as hacking, viruses, Trojans, ransomware and phishing; (b) network link hijacking, DNS poisoning, man-in-the-middle attacks or carrier network failures; (c) vulnerabilities, outages, misconfigurations or data breaches of cloud service providers, CDNs, third-party APIs or plug-in services; (d) unauthorized access to devices, weak passwords, unchanged default credentials, open ports or unencrypted communication protocols; (e) errors, unauthorized operations or inadequate internal controls on the part of you, your employees, contractors or customers; and (f) force majeure such as earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, war or government acts.

2.3 【免责声明】在法律允许的最大范围内，因上述风险或原因直接或间接导致的音视频及其他数据泄露、丢失、被窃取、被篡改或被第三方获取，以及由此引发的任何人身伤害、财产损失、利润损失、业务中断、商誉损害、第三方索赔、行政处罚或刑事调查等一切后果与责任，星海图及其关联方、董事、高级管理人员、员工及代理商均不承担任何赔偿责任或其他法律责任。您选择启用联网及相关远程功能，即视为您已充分评估并自愿承担由此产生的全部风险。本条款不排除我们依法不得排除或限制的责任。

2.3 [Disclaimer] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxea and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall bear no liability for compensation or any other legal liability arising, directly or indirectly, from the leakage, loss, theft, tampering with or third-party acquisition of audio/video and other data caused by the risks or reasons set out above, nor for any consequences and liabilities arising therefrom, including any personal injury, property damage, loss of profit, business interruption, damage to goodwill, third-party claims, administrative penalties or criminal investigations. By choosing to enable networking and related remote functions, you are deemed to have fully assessed and voluntarily assumed all resulting risks. This clause does not exclude any liability that we may not exclude or limit under applicable law.

2.4 Security recommendations and your controls: you may decide at your discretion whether to enable networking and remote functions. We recommend that you: (a) immediately change default device credentials after first use and set strong passwords; (b) enable end-to-end or transport-layer encryption for audio/video transmission; (c) restrict remote access sources via firewalls, VPNs or IP allowlists; (d) promptly install firmware and security patches; (e) establish internal data access control and operation audit systems; and (f) before collecting audio/video involving the portraits, voices or personal privacy of others, independently obtain lawful authorization from the relevant individuals and fulfil your notification obligations.

3. Website Information and Product Descriptions

3.1 本网站上的产品图片、参数、规格、性能指标、演示视频、应用案例及配置信息仅供参考。产品的实际外观、规格与性能以双方签署的合同、技术协议、产品说明书及出厂检测报告为准。我们可能因产品迭代、技术升级、供应链变化或法规要求而变更产品设计、配置或参数，恕不另行通知。

3.1 Product images, parameters, specifications, performance metrics, demonstration videos, application cases and configuration information on the Site are for reference only. The actual appearance, specifications and performance of products shall be governed by the contract, technical agreement, product description and factory inspection report signed by both parties. We may change product design, configuration or parameters due to product iteration, technological upgrades, supply-chain changes or regulatory requirements without prior notice.

4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, product appearance designs, software, source code, algorithms, technical documentation, videos and audio-visual materials, databases and their arrangement), including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets and other rights, are lawfully held by Galaxea, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws.

4.2 未经我们事先书面许可，任何人不得以任何方式复制、修改、翻译、改编、汇编、传播、发行、出租、反向工程、反编译、爬取或用于商业目的使用本网站内容或其任何部分。获授权使用时，您应保留全部权利声明与标识。

4.2 Without our prior written permission, no person may, in any manner, copy, modify, translate, adapt, compile, disseminate, distribute, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape or use for commercial purposes the Site content or any part thereof. 5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxea and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, damage to goodwill or cost of substitute procurement) arising from: (a) your failure to use the products in accordance with the product description, user manual or safety procedures; (b) unauthorized modification, repair or disassembly of the products by you or a third party, or combination with incompatible equipment; (c) your own network environment, system configuration, or improper account and password management; (d) defects, outages or data breaches of third-party software, platforms, cloud services, APIs or plug-ins you use; (e) force majeure events; and (f) the audio/video and networking data risks described in Section 2 of this Notice.

5.2 除法律另有强制性规定外，我们就产品与服务向您承担的累计赔偿责任总额，不超过您就该等特定产品实际向我们支付的价款总额。

5.2 Unless otherwise mandatorily required by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of the Products and Services shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the specific product concerned.

5.4 The limitations in this Section do not apply to: (a) personal injury or property damage caused by our intent or gross negligence; (b) liability that may not be excluded or limited by law, including but not limited to liability that may not be excluded under the Civil Code, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, or the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, and liability that may not be excluded or limited under applicable U.S. law (such as the Uniform Commercial Code and state consumer protection laws); and (c) product liability that a manufacturer is required by law to bear where a defect in our product causes personal injury or damage to property other than the defective product itself.

5.5 本声明中的免责与责任限制条款，与双方另行签署的销售合同、质量协议、技术协议或服务协议存在冲突的，以该等专门协议的约定为准。

5.5 In the event of a conflict between the disclaimers and limitations of liability in this Notice and a separately executed sales contract, quality agreement, technical agreement or service agreement between the parties, the terms of such specific agreement shall prevail.

6.2 You shall comply with the export control, economic sanctions, data compliance and cybersecurity laws and regulations of your jurisdiction and the place of use of the products. You warrant that you will not use our products, technology or software in sanctioned countries or regions, for sanctioned parties, or for controlled end uses such as weapons of mass destruction or military applications. You shall bear all liability arising from your breach of the foregoing.

6.3 如您在使用产品过程中收集、处理他人个人信息或音视频数据，您应独立承担相应的个人信息保护合规义务，包括但不限于取得合法授权、履行告知同意义务、保障数据主体权利、履行数据出境合规程序等。因您在设备端或边缘端自行开展的数据采集与处理行为引发的合规风险与法律责任，由您独立承担。

6.3 If you collect or process the personal information or audio/video data of others while using the products, you shall independently assume the corresponding personal information protection compliance obligations, including but not limited to obtaining lawful authorization, fulfilling notification and consent obligations, safeguarding data subject rights and completing data export compliance procedures. Compliance risks and legal liabilities arising from your own data collection and processing activities on the device or at the edge shall be borne by you independently.

七、第三方链接与服务免责

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Risks and consequences arising from your access to third-party links or use of third-party services shall be borne by you and are subject to that third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for data breaches or losses caused by third parties for any reason.

八、适用法律与争议解决

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 本声明的订立、效力、解释、履行与争议解决，适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律。因本声明引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。

8.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Notice shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Notice shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court of competent jurisdiction.

8.2 若您位于美国或以美国法为准据法的交易，且双方另有约定，则适用该等约定；在无特别约定的情况下，上述条款仍然适用，但不得排除适用法律赋予您的不可放弃的法定权利。
